Porters
Porter could also be a moderate-strength brown beer with a restrained roasty character and bitterness. A roasted flavour—but not burnt—, and sometimes features a chocolate, caramel and malty character. Colour is brown to dark brown, and aroma is moderately low bready, biscuity malty.
