Incredibly refreshing, flavourful and thirst quenching, North brewing first Hard Seltzer is made with 100% natural ingredients. A nice and clean, soft water made with raw organic cane sugar sets the base before being jammed up with organic raspberry pureé and a touch of lemon zest to peak up the sharpness. A sprinkle of Mosaic hops exchange with the raspberry bringing in juicy blueberry flavour and a familiar and refreshing small bitter note on the finish. Think Triple Fruited Gose, but a little bit lighter and just as flavoursome!
